A two-day workshop organized by Women cell at Government Post Graduate Women College, Rohtak concluded on 20 January 2026. The main theme of the workshop was “Ayurveda as a Holistic Approach to Health Promotion.” The workshop was inaugurated by the Principal of the College, Dr. Shamsher Singh Hooda, who apprised the students of the contributions and benefits of Ayurveda. The key speaker of the workshop was Dr. Pankaj, Ayurvedic Medical Officer, Government Medical College and Hospital, Narnaul. Dr. Pankaj explained to the students how Ayurveda can be adopted to maintain good health and emphasized the importance of incorporating various yogic practices into daily life to ensure a balance between mental and physical well-being. Several faculty members, including Dr. Satish Panghal, Dr. Vinod, Dr. Renu, Dr. Joginder, and Dr. Vandana, were present during the workshop.
