institution and in society. Their conduct should reflect the noble ideals
of the teaching profession.
- Punctuality
and Preparation: Teachers are expected to be punctual, regular, and
thoroughly prepared for all academic duties, including lectures,
tutorials, practicals, and examinations, ensuring effective knowledge
transfer.
- Respect
and Fairness: They should treat all students with fairness, respect,
and impartiality, irrespective of caste, religion, gender, or social
background, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Mentorship
and Guidance: Teachers must provide academic and personal mentorship,
encouraging holistic development, critical thinking, and career planning,
while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to student needs.
- Commitment
to Growth: Continuous professional development through research,
