National Seminar on Sustainable Solutions for a Greener Future

Government Post Graduate Women College Rohtak successfully hosted a one day national seminar Multidisciplinary on Sustainable Solutions for a Greener Future on 8 February 2025. Seminar was Sponsored by the Department of Higher Education Haryana and was organized by Research and Development Cell in collaboration with IQAC.
The event featured renowned experts including Prof. Kailash Chandra Purohit Prof. M. L. Meena and Prof. Vinita Hooda DCDC MDU Rohtak who shared insights on climate change biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. Over 250 research papers were presented covering topics like water conservation renewable energy ecological balance and various other aspects on sustainability. The seminar also included panel discussions interactive Q and A sessions. Two Books were also launched during the seminar Namely Artificial Intelligence in Research Methodology authored by Prof. Phool Kumar Prof. Anju Bala and Dr. Jyoti and other book

Principal Dr. Darshana welcomed the participants emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in research and academia. The seminar was coordinated by Dr. Veena Sachdeva and Dr. Phool Kumar with active contributions from all the members of organizing committee. Prof. Ajmer Singh Kajal JNU led the valedictory session and delivered valedictory address emphasizing role of sustainability and literature. He also distributed certificates to participants.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from scholars researchers and students nationwide.
