Today On 6th June 2025 the 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated by the four units of NSS and NCC of Government PG College for Women , Rohtak under the leadership of Principal Dr. Shamsher Singh Hooda.

Today On 6th June 2025 the 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated by the four units of NSS and NCC of Government PG College for Women , Rohtak under the leadership of Principal Dr. Shamsher Singh Hooda. On this occasion the students were made to practice Kapalbharti Anulom-Vilom Bhramari Udgeet and various asanas. While informing the students about the various benefits of yoga and asanas she asked them to include yoga and asanas in their daily lives to take care of their health. Later the Principal planted trees in the college premises and motivated the students to plant trees in the coming rainy season. On this occasion Dr. Praveen Khatri Dr. Suman Rani Mrs. Harsh Mrs. Pooja Mrs. Neeraj Kadyan and Mrs. Renu were present.
