Students educational tour to Institute of Hotel Management,

A team of students of the Department of Home Science, Government Post Graduate College for Women, Rohtak conducted an educational tour of the Institute of Hotel Management, Tilyar on Thursday as part of the nutrition month. The team comprised of 70 students, led by Ritu Hooda, Head of the Department of Home Science, Dr. Pankaj Sharma, Monika Narang, Dr. Princy Katyal and Dr. Nutan.
Head of the Department of Hotel Management Sanjib Dey welcomed the team and apprised them about the functioning of various departments including Kitchen, Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Bakery, Housekeeping etc. He told the students about the courses available in the institute, employment opportunities available in this area and starting self-employment after the bakery course. The students and the accompanying teachers thanked the staff of the Institute of Hotel Management for their visit. ...
