15days from 09 to 25 Jan 2025 yoga and meditation workshop was conducted by the Women Cell at the Government PG College for Women Rohtak. Senior neurotherapiest and yoga instructor Devender Singh conducted this workshop. Students were guided about improving their physical and mental health by performing yoga pranayam and meditation. Students have learnt various yoga asanas and meditation techniques through this workshop.
