The principal of the college Dr Darshana Devi along with vice principal Dr Deepak Malik and program officers Dr Suman Dr Neeraj and Mrs Harsh welcomed 12 national service scheme volunteers who returned from a university level camp at Government Womens College Rohtak. This camp was organized by the Higher Education Department of Panchkula and Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak from January 20 to 26 2025 at G.V.M. Girls College Sonipat. During this camp various cultural and literary programs were also held in which the volunteers actively participated. Aanchal Uma Neeta Kumari Tannu Palak Sharma and Neha presented a dance on the NSS theme in front of the chief guest Professor Rajbir Singh ViceChancellor of Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak which received special appreciation. Rashmi and Ektas team secured third place in the street play and Neeta Kumari achieved third place in the mehndi competition. All volunteers shared their experiences encouraging other college students to engage in social service.
