NSS Orientation Program 2025

Today, on 2nd September 2025, the four NSS units of Government Postgraduate Women's College, Rohtak organized an NSS orientation program and one-day camp under the leadership of Principal Dr. Shamsher Singh Hooda. NSS Program Officer Dr. Suman Rani made the volunteers aware of the goals, objectives, NSS song and activities to be held throughout the year. On this occasion, the chief guest was HCS, CEO District Council and DRDA and Special Sanitation Officer Rohtak Mr. Pradeep Kaushik. He inspired the volunteers to be financially independent and to do 'shramdaan' (labour donation). NSS President Awardee and Honorable Advisory Committee member, Professor Subhash Balhara made the volunteers aware of the history and importance of NSS. The chief guest was honored by the Principal, NSS program officers and respected members by presenting a plant. On this occasion, Dr. Meenu Nain, Dr. Deepak Malik, NSS Advisory member Veena Sachdeva, Dr. Subhash Balhara, Dr. Manju and all NSS program officers were present.
