Students Sensitized to Cyber Security at Financial Literacy Awareness Event at GPGCW, Rohtak

The Lead Bank Office, in collaboration with the Government Women's College, organized a Financial Literacy Awareness Program on the occasion of Teacher's Day. General Manager of the Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh, Pankaj Setia participated as the Chief Guest. On behalf of the Lead Bank Office, it was said that the objective of the program is to increase understanding among students about banking services, regular savings and financial planning.
In the program, practical information was given on the safe use of Digital Banking and Digital Payments, general precautions in investment, and protection from cyber financial fraud. Pankaj Setia said, "Never share confidential information like OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN and CVV." He appealed to remain cautious of suspicious calls, messages and links. In the end, a financial literacy quiz was held and prizes were given to the winners.
On this occasion, Ved Prakash, General Manager of Haryana Gramin Bank, Chandra Prakash, AGM / Dy. Circle Head of Punjab National Bank, Rohtak, Shamsher Singh, Principal of Government Women's College, Rohtak, and Achal Kumar Sharma, Lead District Manager, along with officers from the banking sector, teachers of the college and students were present.
