Title:Tiranga Rally, Human Chain, ‘Selfie with Tiranga’ and Tiranga Pledge under the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign

On 13 August 2026, Government Post Graduate College for Women, Rohtak, organized a Tiranga Rally, Human Chain, ‘Selfie with Tiranga’ Campaign, and Tiranga Pledge Ceremony under the joint aegis of the National Service Scheme (NSS) and the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
The programme commenced with the Principal of the college, Dr. Shamsher Singh Hooda, flagging off the Tiranga Rally. In his address, he inspired the students to remain committed to national unity, integrity, and selfless service to the nation.
Carrying the National Flag, the students and faculty members marched through the college campus, raising patriotic slogans and spreading the spirit of nationalism. The NSS volunteers and NCC cadets formed a large human chain to convey a powerful message of unity and solidarity.
As part of the celebration, the students also participated in the ‘Selfie with Tiranga’ campaign by taking photographs with the National Flag and sharing patriotic messages on social media to promote the spirit of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
During the program, all faculty members and students solemnly took the Tiranga Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding the unity, integrity, and honor of the nation. The event was successfully organized with the commendable efforts of Dr. Phool Kumar, Dr. Anju, and Dr. Basant Kumar, along with the NSS Program Officers—Dr. Suman Rani, Mrs. Harsh, Dr. Sinki Sharma, and Ms. Renu Sheoran—and the NCC Officer, Lieutenant Renu Panghal, whose dedicated contributions ensured the success of the program.
